Through this partnership, borrowers now have the option to place eligible collateralized artworks into Alevon’s rental network for the duration of their loan, transforming static assets into income-producing opportunities.

Alevon was founded on a simple yet bold idea: bring museum art into everyday life. About 50% of collectible art and more than 90% of museum art, sits in storage. We align Owners, Museums, Lenders, and Renters to flip the model so art comes to people, placing museum works and museum-level works from private collections in homes, offices, and hospitality spaces, and on view in museum exhibitions.
Optional — Never Required
Participation in the Alevon program is entirely optional and available only at the borrower’s discretion. This initiative was designed to enhance flexibility and affordability — not as a condition of financing. Borrowers who choose to participate maintain full ownership and benefit from all existing protections under their loan agreement.
How It Works
• Eligibility: Select collateralized artworks may qualify for temporary placement under Alevon’s rental and exhibition program.
• Compliance: All insurance and shipping is covered by Alevon.
