All that junk, deep-fried and extremely sweet stuff may not b good for your system. Serve health foods like organic cookies and fat- free sweets instead of cholesterol-laden sweets and savouries. You can also use organic cereals and vegetables as ingredients. Products and vegetables that are free of synthetic pesticides, chemicals and fertilisers may not look tempting but it adds a wonderful taste to the preparations.
Non-organic products may look tempting but over a period pf time they lead to lifestyle diseases.
